1. Meetup – Scaling Agile Frankfurt
Diese Woche war ich auf einem Meetup in Darmstadt von der „Scaling Agile Frankfurt“ Gruppe.
Die Agenda hatte mich angesprochen, denn es ging um Skalierung und Fehler bei der Agile Transformation.
Beides Themen, die mich gerade selbst betreffen.

2) Andrew Sales ( CA Technologies ) – „Recognizing the 10 Failure Modes in Agile Transformation“

Kurt Jäger hat uns die Gemeinsamkeiten der Frameworks LeSS, SAFe, Nexus und Spotify vorgestellt und einen kleinen Einblick in eben diese gegeben.
